quick session for 2 very special people

My mom and Mark (also known as M&M) met me at Dorothy B. Oven park one day after I finished shooting one of my clients. They looked so great, I decided they needed their picture taken! If any of you know my mom, then you know she spends a lot of time talking (and bragging) about me to whoever will listen! Isn't that what moms are for?!! Well, now it's my turn. How HOT is my mama?!?! Mark isn't lookin' so bad himself!! I mean seriously they are beaming in these pictures. I love them so much. Here are some pics of my mom & Mark (and maybe Mark will finally get a few new facebook photos out of it ;)

The Registers

Talk about supportive... "supportive" happens to be the word I gave to Beth on a handkerchief on my wedding day as the word that described her friendship to me. Well, let's just say, that is still the word I would pick! Beth has been so wonderful to me during this whole "creating a photography business" thing. They are starting their own business right now too...Kona Ice of Auburn/Opelika! So we have had hours of conversations with each other talking about ideas, planning, and business business business. On my last trip home, I got to take a few pictures of Beth and Steven and their 2 gorgeous little girls. We had a wonderful time, and though the weather didn't cooperate, we didn't let it get us down...it just gives me a reason to have to go back again soon! Here are a few photos of this gorgeous family!

Cammy & Ava

Words can't describe these two little girls. We had such a great day in Maclay Gardens with their mom Kristen, and grandma Brenda! Next time, we are going to get pictures of the entire family, but today it was all about the girls! Cammie has the sweetest, most outgoing little personality. She was a GREAT model!! Ava, her little sister, was cracking us all up because she wouldn't touch the ground...AT ALL!! She would hang onto her mom like a little monkey so that her feet wouldn't get dirty! It was hilarious ;)
Here are a few photos from the day!

Baston Family

I was so excited for this shoot because not only is Katie my best friend in the world, but also because I know the amount of love these 3 share day to day and I could not WAIT to capture it on camera. Allison looks up to her parents so much, and to say we laughed a lot during this shoot is a complete understatement. Allison got a surprise for being so good....a HUGE lollypop!!! The lollypop made for a GREAT last photo too ;) I love these 3 so much and can't wait to photograph them, well, forever!!

Lumsden Sisters

I got to meet these two precious little girls' mom for the first time during our shoot, and I know where they get their sweetness and good looks! The family was in town visiting their grandparents, who joined us later in the afternoon, and the entire family is just wonderful. The Lumsdens were so friendly and fun to talk to! I'm hoping to see them again sometime on my future trips to Tallahassee. We had a great time taking pictures at Dorothy B. Oven, and the weather was perfect!! Here are a few photos from the day!

I met the Lawrance family for the first time on the day of our shoot, and by the time I left, I felt as if I have known them for a year! They are so friendly and sweet, and we had a great time at Maclay Gardens. Ava and Harrison are so fun and outgoing, and I look forward to next time!!! Here are a few photos from the day.
